Tip 7

You will want to avoid any behaviour that could create problems within the team. Now, some examples of things that can cause problems would be, firstly not doing your fair share of the workload 工作量. If the work has been clearly allocated 被分配 to people there will be an expectation that you and everyone else will do their fair share. And if you don't do that it can create additional work for your colleagues and that could be something that would cause resentment 愤 恨,怨恨 or bad feeling. Second, I think the way you deal with people and speak to people in the team has to be appropriate, so that means always avoiding rude or aggressive behaviour and remembering the little courtesies like 'please' and 'thank you' which help to smooth the relationships in the team. Thirdly, you have to be careful of too much moaning or complaining. A little light-hearted sort-of banter 开玩笑,逗乐 is sometimes OK, but nobody likes a team-member who is constantly complaining about their workload or some aspect of the organisation. And I suppose one final thing that can create difficulty in a team is if there is lack of clarity about what any member of a team is supposed to be doing, what their responsibilities are. So if ever you're unclear as to what you're supposed to be doing, or what is expected of you in your team, it's very important to ask. Ask your team leader or ask other colleagues in the team to be sure that there can be no confusion; everyone wants to be certain what their role is and it's perfectly normal to seek clarification 征求解释说明 of that if you are in any way unsure.

You will want to avoid any behavior that could create problems within the team.Now some examples are things that conquers of problems would be:Firstly,not doing your fresh air of the workload if the work has been clearly alicated to people that will be an next expectation that you and everyone else will do the fresh air,and if you don't do that,it can create ditional work for your colleagues,and that would be something that could cause resimental bad feeling;Second,I think,the way you do with people and speak to people in the team has to be appropriate so that means always avoiding rude or aggressive behavior and remembering the little curtercy is like"please"and"thank you"which helps to smooth the relationships in the team;Thirdly,you have to be careful of too much mouning or complaining.A little light-hearted,sort of banter is sometimes OK.but nobody likes a team member who is constantly complaining about their workload or someone expect their organisation.and,I suppose one final thing that can create difficulty in a team is if there is lack of clarity about what any member of the team supposes to be doing what the responsiblities are.so favor your unclears to what your suppose to be doing and what is expected of your view is very important to ask.Ask your team leader or ask other colleagues in the team to be sure that they can be known confusion everyone almost to be certain of their role is perfectly normal to seek clarification of that if you're in any way unsure.

You'll want to avoid any behavior that could creat problems within the team, now some examples that things can cause problems would be. Firstly not doing your fair share of the workload if the work has been clearly allocated to people that will be expectations that you and anyone else will do that fair share and if you don't do it that can creat the additional work for your colleagues and that could be something cause resentment bad feeling. Second, I think the way you do with people and speak to people in the team has to be appropriate. So that means always avoiding rude or aggressive behavior when remembering the little courtesies, like please and thank you, which helps to smooth the relationships in the team. Thirdly, you have to be careful of too much mooing or complaining. A little like....sort of...UK(听不懂), but nobody like team member who is constently complaining about their workload or some aspects of organization, and I suppose one final thing that can creat difficulty in the team is if there is lack of clarity about what the members of the team is suppose be doing, what the responsibilities are. So if you unclean to what you are suppose to do or what what is expected on you or your team, it's very important to ask. Ask your team leader or ask other colleagues in the team to be sure that there can be no confusion, everyone wants to be certain that what their role is. It's perfectly normal to seek clarification if that you are in any way unsure.

you were warned to avoid any behavior that occured  to create within the team,Now some examples that I think can create problems would be,firstly not doing you fair share work late,the work is clearitic to people and that would be the expectation of you ,and everyone else that would do that fair share.If you don't do it,that could create dismissal work for your colleagues,that would be something that cause resemental but feeling .
Second,I think the way you do with people and speak to the people in the team has to be prepared,so that means we would avoid rude aggressive behavior,remembering,a little curtsey like please thank you would help smooth the relationships in the team,
Thirdly,you have to be careful too much moving your complaining ,a little slight hard to bondly everybody is ok,but nobody like a team member who is constantly complaining about the workload or something about the organization.
And I suppose one final thing can create the difficulty in the team was the lack of clearity,which certainly remember people supposed to doing that their responsibility.So if you are unclear about you are supposed to be doing or the responsibility of you ,it's very important to ask your team leader or ask other colleague in the team,to be sure you can be know the confusion and everyone should be certain what their role is and perform normal to seek perificaiton of that if you are anyway unsure.

这个难度的要先听2遍大意,再用2遍一句一句暂停地听写,最后一遍就是订正了。。。好像要半个小时左右。。。比专四难些了,专四只听4遍= =|、
